While we’re at it, for US$5.00, you, too, can submit a “memorial” to initiate the impeachment of George W. Bush. A memorial is a submission direct from the citizenry and bypassing the House. It’s fully legal, even if it was only last used in 1828, and in regard to a Federal judge. Still, on October 12, if enough of us send in our memorials, somebody might actually have to take notice.
