The Nigerian Banking Fraud Email Scam
I’ve only gotten one email of this kind, although people I know have had dozens. They are beyond belief, as is that anyone would fall for one. On the other hand, recent revelations about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq suggest there’s a patsy in the White House, just waiting to be bilked. (Eschaton, via Kenneth Miles, the Unaustralian.)
