Today it’s too late. Although your State may vary, for the most part, if you haven’t submitted your Federal Postcard Application for an Absentee Ballot, you’re not going to get one. Of course, if you’re living back in the U.S., you can still register, and in many instances you can even register where you are rather than where you live, so long as you’ve been there long enough to meet the local requirements. If, however, you’ve got your application in or you’ve already registered, don’t just sit there. There are still plenty of things you can do, even if it’s no more than sending Kerry-Edwards $20.
