Justice in Operation
I figure this case, shutting down part of the egregious USA Patriot Act, to have been decided by the Ninth Circuit, yeah? If only all our civil liberties suits could be brought there. It does bug me that the Humanitarian Law Project is also trying to help out the Tamil Tigers, but under the rule of law, everybody gets a witness.
