Why do Condolezzaa Rice’s comments about a terror attack in the U.S. before November sound like wishful thinking? Is this the kind of National Security Advice she’s been feeding George II? I’m probably just reading unintended meaning into what she’s said, as parsed by the relentlessly liberal media.
