Baghdad Ballots
Despite mortar attacks and at least 36 dead, Iraq has reportedly achieved a 57% voter turnout in yesterday’s elections, and many among them are hopeful of a resolution to their present situation. Me, too, whomever gets elected. (I wonder if finger-ink would help towards a smoother process in the States?)
