Convention Hooligans
The Democratic Convention is underway, and if you’re attending, these are things you should leave at home. O.k., fair enough, no weapons or explosives. Umbrellas? Unopened envelopes? Well, it ought to keep down any Parallax View or Manchurian Candidate problems, let alone keep the soccer hooligans in attendance from acting all obstreperously. Meanwhile, this would be a good time for me to have cable, so I could stay up late and watch the proceedings, not that I'd have much chance back home anyway.
