Abuse
The Bush government can’t release the Guantanamo prisoners because: (a) they’ll be abused back in their home countries, (b) they’ve been abused in Guantanamo, (c) they’ll be able to sue the U.S. government for false imprisonment, or (d) now they really are terrorists. Hint: it’s a trick question.
