The Council of Europe is proposing a regulation that on-line content providers, including ‘bloggers, will have to provide a right of reply when they are the object of criticism. Although I already am currently providing a comments feature via Squawkbox, I think the Council and its constituent members are idiots. They are, however, welcome to comment.
