Furniture
The weather forecast says it will be clear by Saturday, so I’m hopeful we’ll be able to spend a little time sitting at the new table on the balcony sipping coffee. This is the one key piece of furniture (other than a bed in the guest bedroom) we’d been waiting for, and it looks great. The manufacturers warn that it will continue to exude sap for days on end unless we hose it down, which we can do, luckily, as there’s a drain in the floor. But I’m getting a section of newspaper and spending an hour before we start, sap or not.
