Missing the Point
Gearing up in a flight suit and riding in for a photo op on an aircraft carrier isn’t the first time the usurper-in-chief has acted tastelessly to his own advantage (there were those photos for sale of the Prez looking thoughtful as he flew on AF1 to safety back in September 11, remember?), but making a fuss over the accounting misses the bigger picture. After all the talk about being “liberators” and the orders against hanging out the flag in Baghdad, The Idiot couldn’t help himself from acting out of at least one of his ulterior motives: having a war and winning it. Dopey’s flight privileges were revoked back [when he was hiding in plain sight with the Texas Air National Guard] during the Vietnam war. The Dems might want to be taking public issue with the conduct itself, but politicians are generally cowards, so I’m not surprised they would prefer to appear petty rather than principled.
