Fresh vs. Frozen, Organic vs. Inorganic
I remember some years back listening to Wolfgang Puck testify before Congress that “fresh” is not “frozen.” I don’t think they got his point; maybe it was the accent. Anyway, now it appears that the FDA may allow pesticides, antibiotics, and hormones may be allowed in producing organic food. It shouldn’t be long before Monsanto has genetic modification o.k., too.
