Yawn
According to Knacker Factor, I am going to start getting tired at about 2 p.m., peaking at about 3 p.m., after which I’ll get a little boost over the course of the rest of the afternoon, peaking between 6 and 8 p.m., after which I’ll start dropping off again. Knacker Factor uses the formula CDA + CT + KF = TMT, where CDA represents the time my circadian rhythm dips, CT is my “chronotype” (lark vs. owl in the test), KF is, of course, the knacker factor, and TMT is the “time most likely tired.” If I’ve got the math right, my CDA = 14:00, CT = “owl,” and TMT = 15:00, so 14 + owl + x = 15. I hate algebra, especially when it’s just silly. I do feel a little sleepy, though.
