Monday is the celebration for the Queen's Birthday, a public holiday commemorating Australia's status as an independent nation beholden to a foreign sovereign (and matriarch of the wackiest royal family in Europe). This is almost certain to affect TCA's holiday in Adelaide, if only in reducing the number of restaurants open for business. We eagerly await the 21st, so we can hear the stories.
